Make these people pay for thier advertisement

I was on a free posting website called Craig list looking for non-profit organization that better our community.

I was in absolute shock and horror when I read the following:

The Sacramento Children's Home is private non-profit organization committed to preventing child abuse, caring for troubled children, enabling families to meet the needs of their children and helping children to become productive, responsible adults.

We are the Sacramento Children's Home, conquering child abuse in Northern California, creating a community for children and families that will be safe, nurturing and secure. We provide inspiration and leadership in the development of prevention services. We are innovative and bold; determined yet compassionate.

The Sacramento Children's Home stands as a model of excellence for the region and the nation.

This non-profit organization receives $2.2 million dollars from state foster care bureau monies and the Sacramento county general fund. Not to mention the grants that they receive for expanding their jail.

According to the center for social services research University of California at Berkeley. In Sacramento county, from January 1st, 2005 to December 31st, 2005 there were a total of 25,017 cases that were handled by Child protective services. 6,272 were substantiated, 6,173 were inconclusive and 7,888 were unfounded.

Cps workers are eager to remove children from the home due to the bonuses that they receive, this is regardless of whether or not, the children are being abused.

Children are taken to the Sacramento children's receiving home right after they are taken into protective custody. Yes, there are some children that are being abused but as you can see by the numbers more then half are not. So, it is clear that Sacramento children's receiving home does incarcerate and kidnap children. So how are they enabling families to meet the needs of their children, or help children become productive, responsible adults, (OMG are the children there that long?) and create a community that is safe, nurturing and secure?

Since the Sacramento Children's Receiving Home is not stating how they achieve this I doubt they are doing anything at all to help anyone. I encourage everyone to go to Craig's list and flag their post and have their posting removed from the site. And if possible, contact Craig's list and requested that the Sacramento children receiving home be prohibited from posting.
